Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
