At The Card Land, we offer pre-order products to give collectors the opportunity to reserve highly anticipated collectible card releases before they become available. Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming product before its official release date. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance, subject to availability and supplier allocations.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.
Your order will be processed immediately to reserve your product.
Release Dates
All release dates are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and are subject to change without notice.
While we strive to provide accurate information, release dates may be delayed, advanced, or modified by the manufacturer.
The Card Land is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory is received and processed.
Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
Product Allocation
Pre-order products are subject to supplier allocations.
In rare cases, we may receive fewer units than expected from our suppliers. If this occurs:
- Orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were received.
- Customers affected by allocation shortages will be notified.
- A full refund will be issued if we are unable to fulfill the order.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the product has been shipped.
However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to review depending on the status of the order and supplier commitments.
Price Changes
Prices for pre-order products are locked in at the time of purchase.
Customers will not be charged additional amounts if the product price increases after the order is placed.
